I’m going to give you a practical tool, to add to your tool box, with which to explore the big world, the big questions and the big BUZZ words: Peace. Love. Art. Consciousness. Creativity. Mindfulness. Meditation.
This is about how drawing – if approached in another way – can help you: wake up your inner artist, move forward in times of doubt, reconnect with creativity, release stress, practice presence, process experiences, cultivate inner peace, spark ideas, make discoveries, contribute to our collective community and, OH BOY, SO MUCH MORE.
